Accept, decline and make your own moves

• Accept adds a suggestion to your plan, and the board updates straight away.
• Decline hides a suggestion for Three months or Permanently, for example when you know a family is about to move.
• Accept all applies every suggestion at once. With a filter on, it only applies what you can see.
• Accepted moves are marked Pending until a family agrees to them. Once they have, mark the move as confirmed. See Confirm, review and undo changes.
• Drag a card between rooms, or to and from the waitlist, to make your own move. Spots and educators update as you go. If a room goes over capacity, Floreo warns you.
• The ⋯ menu on a card has Edit child details, Edit enrolments, Leave centre and Move to holding room. See Add wanted days, siblings and buddies and Use the holding room.

Accepted changes are listed under Changes, with parent contact details and Confirmed and Unconfirmed tabs. Use Export to CSV or Print, then make the changes and send offers in your CCMS as usual. To undo a move, see Confirm, review and undo changes.
