What Floreo does (and doesn’t replace)
Floreo shows you who should move where, and when, so your rooms stay full. It sits on top of your CCMS and changes nothing in it.

1/5Step 1: name your centre. Or click Create demo centre to explore with sample data.
Your CCMS, whether that's OWNA, Xplor, Kinderm8, Kidsoft or something else, keeps doing what it does well: billing, CCS, the parent app and daily operations. Floreo reads two exports from it and works out the planning.
What you get
- How full each room is, day by day, and how many educators you need to meet ratios.
- Which children age out of their room as you move the date forward.
- Suggested moves: room changes, day changes and new enrolments from your waitlist.
You decide what to accept. Nothing changes in your CCMS until you change it there.
Setting up a centre
- Create centre: name and Region (the region sets your ratios).
- Add rooms: names, age ranges and capacity.
- Import waitlist from your CCMS.
- Import enrolments from your CCMS.
- Create a plan and look at your suggestions.
Most centres do all five in one sitting.
Just looking? On the first step, click Create a demo centre. You get a sample centre with rooms, children and a waitlist to try everything on. It’s free and you can delete it any time.
