- Under a room's name, click Spots. A row opens showing how many spots are free on each day, Monday to Friday.
- Click Educators to switch to the educators needed each day to meet ratios.
- Click the same button again to close the row.
Reading the numbers
- Spots
- Spots filled across the week, out of the room's weekly total (capacity × 5 days). For example, 36/60.
- Small %
- How much that figure has changed since the plan started.
- By day
- Under Spots: spots still free that day. Under Educators: educators needed that day, to one decimal place.
Days with free spots, often Monday and Friday, are the gaps to fill from your waitlist.
