Set up your rooms
Floreo uses your rooms to work out occupancy, educator numbers and when children move up.

1/3Click Add room, then enter the name, capacity and age range in months.
- In the setup wizard, or later under Settings for your centre, go to Manage rooms and click Add room.
- Enter the Room name exactly as it appears in your CCMS. Enrolment imports match children to rooms by name.
- Enter the Minimum age in months and Maximum age in months, for example 24 and 36 for Toddlers. The maximum must be higher than the minimum.
- Enter the room's Capacity.
- Drag the rooms into order, youngest first, and click Save.
Where ratios come from
Ratios are set by your centre's Region, under Manage centre details on the same page. Floreo uses them to show how many educators each room needs, and to favour moves that make better use of your staff.
