1/6The date next to the plan name is the day the board is showing.

  1. Open a plan and click the date at the top, next to the plan name.
  2. Pick any day. The calendar shows three months at a time; use the arrows to go further ahead.
  3. The whole board recalculates for that day: every child's age, the rooms, Spots, Educators and the waitlist.

What to look for

  • Children who have outgrown their room. Their card shows a green icon, and Suggestions offers the move up.
  • Families joining the waitlist as their preferred start date arrives.
  • The totals at the top, and how they compare with where the plan started.

See which dates have changes

A plan often has moves on several dates, such as a February intake and July room changes. In the calendar, every date with a confirmed change is highlighted in blue, so you can see at a glance when your plan changes and click a date to jump straight to it. The day you’re viewing is shown in purple.

Only confirmed changes are highlighted. Moves still marked Pending don’t show until you mark them as confirmed. See Confirm, review and undo changes.

Changes you accept are dated to the day you’re viewing, and you’ll see that date in Changes. Set the date to when a move should happen before you accept it.
